Reassessing Mannon's Worldbuilding
Good Morning Everyone, I've been in a hot debate with myself on some worldbuilding issues that I'll discuss in this post. Firstly, my timeline for the world shouldn't be the global timeline. What I have created for events really only affects a single continent, maybe 2, so I need to reassess how I want to create historical components that affect everything on a global scale. Societies have formed in really different ways across the world, but something like the calendar maybe traveled across the world due to its convenience. Time zones are also something I haven't given enough consideration, especially with the world being roughly twice the size of earth. It also goes to show how poorly scaled my maps are, so I need to really reshape my spatial understanding and placement for everything on the global scale.
